Martha is superb! She helped us avoid an otherwise attractive property that had an alarmingly large easement on its' back portion that might have led to future problems. And she made the process for obtaining our current property so smooth.
I was very happy with my experience except for the fee charged by the company. You are already getting a good percent at closing - that should cover your expenses.
