In response to question two: The buyer's realtor brought him a nice gift bag, & I know a lot of other realtors that do this as well and Pat not only made money from us by selling our house, but she was also the agent (buying & selling) on the property we bought. So needless to say, she didn't have to get us anything, but a simple phone call would have been nice. She cares about one thing, herself. Had I known this & now that I do I tell everyone not to use her & I would certainly never use her again.
I feel bad is she has to see these because I would hate to hurt someone's feelings, but considering I don't think she cared much about us anyway. I'm sure it won't come as a shock. Thank you for giving us the oppertunity to voice our opinion.
